Letters of Life

Come Saturday Morning

Ever have one of those days where you’ve gotten back late, you have to get up in about seven hours’ time–provided you sleep now which isn’t possible because you’re writing this–and you’ve made up your mind that you are going to run while it’s still dark and early, and when the day starts, you have a multitude of errands to do, not to mention tie up the loose ends that will make a wedding run smoothly because when Friday night ends late, you’re up and running early on Saturday orchestrating a wedding that’s going to last all day?

I love weddings. They don’t happen enough around me, but when they do and to people you like, it colours the weekend in the brightest of colours even though white reigns supreme.

Listen to Come Saturday Morning. A whirlwind is sweeping me up, or I’m the one whirling around and I hope I keep my balance.

Is every day a whirlwind? Share one of them.

Tell me what you think.
